Q: Do you do visiting and packing service?
A: Yes, we do that at the requested place.

Q: How mach tax fee inccurred at destination?
A: Questions for tax fee cannot be answered at our stores. As it much differs from destination.

A: Availability depands on each store. Please contact with closest store.

Q: I want to ship my goods to overseas. What do I need to bring with me?
A: We need below:
　　　　1. The destination address(with postal code), receiver's name, and phone number.
　　　　2. The goods(just bring as it is)
　　Only the 2 things and fine for shipping.
　　Commercial invoice and tracking are all done by Pak Mail.
　　International delivery service can be used as domestic derivery.

Q: Do you have price list?
A: We choose the most suitable way of shipping for customers from
　　Large variety of carriers.(Road・Sea・Air）
　　Case-by-case price is provided for customers, so we do not have a price list.
　　Please feel free to contact from estimate form.
　　we will quote in 24 hours. (Without Sat,Sun and National Holiday)

Q: Are there any person who speak English?
A: Yes, English speakers available at each store.

Q: Do you accept from packing to shipping?
A: Yes, Any packing(wooden crates, hard-card-boad custom box, protecting and art pieces) is available.
　　We can proceed from packaging to shipping.　(Only packaging, crating and selling materials are also available)

Q: Do you do pick-up?
A: Many goods to move or industrial products can be picked up, but we ask customers to bring
　　envelopes and small packages. Contact us to check.
